Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time for most design services is 48-72 hours per iteration. This timeframe applies to each stage of the design process rather than the entire project. Revisions may take a minimum of 48 hours (2 business days).
For example:

• Orders or revision requests placed on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
• Orders or revision requests placed on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued if:


• The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
• A custom or special package was selected.

• Revisions have been requested.
• The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the project.
• No contact has been made with the company for over two weeks.

• Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief lacks required details.
• A complete design overhaul has been requested.
• The request falls outside the designated refund time frame.
• The business has closed, changed names, or rebranded.

Clients who have accepted multiple revisions may qualify for a 50% refund upon review. Refunds on service bundles apply only to the dissatisfied service, not the entire package. Cancellations before project initiation may be subject to a 33% administrative fee. Upon refund issuance, all rights to the designs revert to us. Refund requests must be submitted via phone, live chat, or email. If a project is canceled for non-service-related reasons, a refund request must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

• Website deployment (hosting via our third-party provider or client’s server).
• CMS user manuals (training not included).
